A:   In my experience, when people reach plateaus they have often neglected to strengthen other parts of our body.  A well-rounded routine will help you achieve your goals.

For example, I once trained a man who wanted a more developed chest but had only focused on different types of pectoral exercises.  We began to focus on his posture and strengthening his antagonist muscles (in this case, the posterior muscle groups).  His chest soon increased in size - all without even doing additional chest exercises.

This is just one example of why I believe that working out with a trainer is the best way to have an effective workout.
